Tucked upstairs at 26A Helensvale Plaza, 12 Sir John Overall Drive, youβll find our little sanctuary of movement, connection, and good vibes.
We open 10β15 minutes before each class, giving you time to settle in, roll out your mat, and chat with your favourite faces before we begin.
