Before starting something new during pregnancy or returning after birth, we recommend seeking clearance from your GP or midwife — your safety always comes first.
The great news? All of our instructors are fully qualified in pregnancy-safe exercise and have supported countless women throughout every stage — from the early weeks to well beyond postpartum. We tailor our classes to suit who’s in the room, so once you’ve checked in with your instructor before class, we’ll take care of the rest with personalised modifications and support.
Here are a few classes that are particularly pregnancy-friendly:
Barre – Mostly upright, making it ideal for pregnancy, especially beyond 20 weeks.
Yoga Stretch – Slower paced and deeply supportive for finding space and comfort.
Ladies & Littlies (LL) – A nurturing, inclusive space full of expecting mums, new mums, and toddler mums.
Pilates – Many of our mums-to-be continue all the way through! We offer options like avoiding ab curls after 20 weeks and adjusting positions in the third trimester.

Absolutely! You don’t need to be flexible to start Yoga — that’s actually one of the best reasons to begin. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our experienced teachers will guide you with supportive cues, modifications, and props to help you move safely and comfortably.
Over time, you’ll naturally improve your flexibility and mobility — but more importantly, you’ll build strength, reduce tension, and feel more connected to your body.
Remember: Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or doing the perfect pose. It’s about showing up, moving with your breath, and meeting yourself exactly where you are. Flexibility is just a bonus.

If you are new to fitness, the studio is a perfect place to build your fitness foundation. These classes are low impact and help support your muscle strength and development. You will not feel intimated by how to use weights nor worry about your form because the instructors are here for you. If you already love the gym, studio classes are a perfect compliment to your routine.
Studies show that 90% of people who participate in group classes feel more mental, physical and emotional support than when on their own. Group classes help people sustain motivation and commitment to their health and fitness.

New to Pilates, Yoga or Barre? You’re in the right place.
All of our classes are beginner-friendly and offer plenty of modifications to suit different fitness levels. We encourage you to take things at your own pace — rest when you need, and move in a way that feels good for your body.
The Burn Classes might sound intense, but don’t be intimidated! It’s fast-paced and fun, but still low-impact and easily adaptable for beginners.
No matter which class you choose, we recommend chatting with your instructor beforehand. Let them know it’s your first time and you’re new to the studio — they’ll happily guide you through what to expect and check in on you throughout the class.
We’re so excited to welcome you into our community and support you on your movement journey.

Our Ladies + Littlies (LL) are women only classes.
Our Ladies + Littlies (LL) classes are capped at 12 people.
You must supervise and attend to your child at all times.
You can bring a child of any age from six weeks, so long as you have received clearance from your GP or midwife to begin exercising.
If your child is crawling/toddling we ask you to bring some toys/snacks to keep them entertained and remember to always keep an eye on them.
As we only have stair access, bringing a pram can be tricky. Our regular mums bring their bubs in a capsule or bouncer and bring up a blanket or playmat for them to lay on.
